Catherine oversees everything there is to oversee, but in particular she leads our people and guards our standards. She is responsible for ensuring that what we say is important, actually shows up in the work we do. Catherine’s diverse professional credentials span more than 20 years in the service industry. She has led numerous offices for both small companies and major corporations. Catherine began her career at Connecticare, transitioning to Travelers Insurance Company, and then the Group Insurance Division for AT&T as Customer Service Manager. She is a graduate of the University of St. Joseph’s with a B.A. in Business Administration.

When not in the office, Catherine, an outdoor enthusiast, and adventurer, enjoys skydiving, camping, hiking, and boating.
