She holds a B.A. in English from Eastern Connecticut State University and a certificate in Paralegal Studies. Emily began her career in retail and hospitality, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and team leadership.

Today, Emily leads operational strategy with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and creating a supportive team culture. Her strengths lie in streamlining workflows, guiding cross-functional teams, and fostering an environment where both clients and staff feel valued.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys all things Disney and Harry Potter, loves elephants, the beach and her lab mix Chloe.
